Water is an inorganic, odourless, tasteless, transparent, and nearly colourless chemical substance made up of hydrogen oxygen existing in gaseous, liquid, solid states (Zumdahl, 2020). About 1.2 billion people worldwide do not have access to clean, safe water, most them are developing countries (Amaechi, 2016). Unsafe water quality a global public health issue. There concern that borehole, sachet bottle produced nations may be sold without adequate monitoring, treatment subject contamination. The purpose this quantitative study was examine the level contamination drinking sourced from boreholes, sachet-packaged around Anambra State Polytechnic, Mgbakwu, Southeast Nigeria.
